Refund & Cancellation Policy
Clear, fair and easy — this page explains refunds and cancellations for all Conslyc services.
Effective: Immediately (this policy applies to purchases made after the effective date).
1. Scope
This policy applies to one-off services, digital deliverables (reports, files, templates), scheduled consultations and monthly advisory retainers purchased from Conslyc. Specific terms for a particular purchase (if different) will be confirmed at the time of sale; where there is a conflict, the specific sale terms take precedence.
2. One-off services & digital deliverables
For single, one-off deliverables (for example: PDF reports, templates, audit documents):
- Refund window: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase only if the deliverable has not been downloaded or accessed by the buyer.
- If the deliverable has been delivered and accessed (downloaded, emailed, or shared), refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. We will review evidence and may offer a partial refund or an alternative (revision or credit).
- If you believe a deliverable is materially defective, please contact us immediately with details so we can propose a correction or replacement.
3. Scheduled consultations & calls
- For paid consultations (for example: 60-minute strategy sessions): cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are not refundable; however, rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.
- If we cancel a session, we will offer a full refund or an immediate rescheduling option.
4. Monthly retainers & recurring services
- Monthly retainers are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period.
- We offer pro-rata refunds for full unused months only where required by local payment processors or contractual agreement. Administrative fees may apply in exceptional situations.
- Any deliverables already provided during a paid month are not eligible for refund.
5. How to request a refund or cancellation
To request a refund or to cancel a booking, please contact us with your order details and reason. Provide the order date, the email used for purchase, and a short explanation.

6. Chargebacks and disputes
If you file a chargeback with your bank or card provider, please also contact us — we aim to resolve disputes directly. When a dispute is raised we may provide evidence of delivery and correspondence to the payment provider. Resolving disputes directly with us saves time and avoids interruptions to service.
7. Exceptions
Custom work or services delivered after explicit client approval, and any third-party products purchased on behalf of the client, are treated as non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Amendments
We may update this policy from time to time. The most recent version will be published on this page. Material changes affecting existing purchases will be communicated directly where feasible.
9. Useful information for payment reviews
